Unexpected mice in the room

The hotel’s location was perfect—right in the heart of the city. We loved being able to walk to so many attractions within minutes.

Unfortunately, we had a major issue with mice during our stay, which spoiled what could have been a fantastic experience.

i was almost ready to give a good review, but then i noticed the tiny lift that fits barely one person and a suitcase, and the shower that floods the bathroom no matter what you do. not to mention, a complimentary gesture would have been nice after all the inconveniences. truly disappinting stay here.

It was just a proper fit for a walk in the evening in Amsterdam with real value for money. The breakfast had a nice selection of cold meats and cheeses, which was a pleasant surprise. Avoid rooms near the lift if you're sensitive to noise.

During my stay, I enjoyed the spacious room, ideal for relaxing after exploring the vibrant streets. The breakfast offered a delightful variety, perfect for a hearty start. Although the bathroom could use better amenities, daily cleaning kept everything tidy, making my visit comfortable overall.

i had an enjoyable stay at this hotel, which exceeded my previous stay in amsterdam. the staff were genuinely interested in ensuring we had a great experience. the location was prime, putting us right near key attractions and coffee shops.

The location was fantastic! We could easily walk to major attractions like Central Station and Dam Square. Our Double or Twin Room had a comfortable bed that made it a pleasure to unwind after a day of exploring. The continental breakfast included fresh pastries and good coffee, which was a delightful way to start the day.

This place was super close to everything. Beds were comfy, and we got a nice breakfast spread—even though we didn't use it. They let us stash our bags before check-in, which was clutch. One small bummer was the tiny bathroom. it could've used some upgrades. a solid choice for our stay!

The location stood out, just a quick 5-minute walk to Dam Square. Exploring the Red Light District was super easy from here. A double or twin room provided decent comfort, although the bed felt a bit old and could use an upgrade. Some rooms reportedly lack windows, which might not work for everyone, especially during warmer months. Noise was noticeable at times, likely due to the hotel's central location, but I didn't find it overwhelming. The staff were helpful, but I did find it annoying when they asked for my room key each time I left. a solid choice but a few quirks to consider.

Budget-friendly and ideally situated near popular attractions like the Red Light District and numerous coffee shops. The breakfast selection features an impressive coffee machine that serves some of the best brews around, which is a pleasant start to the day.

The room lacks adequate hooks or storage in the bathroom for towels, which can be inconvenient. some rooms may not have windows, which can be an issue for those who prefer fresh air, especially during warmer months. Noise from the hallway and nearby rooms can disturb your peace, particularly when guests are moving around. Heating issues also popped up, leaving me chilly at night during my stay.

staying here exceeded my previous visits to amsterdam. the location was awesome, just a few minutes from central station, and the breakfast had an excellent spread. it was a perfect place to celebrate valentine's day together, with lovely city views from my room on the 4th floor.
